Introduction

The 7th World Congress in Fetal Medicine was held in Sorrento, Italy from 22nd to 26th of June 2008.

The Congress venue was the Hilton Sorrento Palace, Via Sant'Antonio 13, 80067 Sorrento, Napoli, Italy.

The World Congress is designed both for those specializing in fetal medicine and those with a more general clinical interest who want to be updated on developments in the field, as well as all those involved in the care of pregnant women and their babies.

There were lectures and discussions on recent developments and best practice in many aspects of Fetal Medicine. Speakers are drawn from an international array of experts in the field of fetal medicine.
