The Fetal Medicine Centre
The Fetal Medicine centre (FMC) opened its doors in 1996 and since then it has been providing ultrasound examinations, and invasive testing for fetal abnormalities and pregnancy complications.
There are several consultants that currently provide services to the FMC as well as many doctors undergoing postgraduate training in Fetal Medicine at King’s College Hospital London.
The Fetal Medicine centre’s focus on improvement and innovation lies in research and training since all profits are donated to the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF). The FMF is a UK registered charity whose aim is to improve the health of pregnant women and their babies through research and training. The FMF funding has helped improve the fetal medicine standards across the globe.
The founder and director of the FMC is Professor Kypros Nicolaides who donates his services free of charge. Since its opening the aim of the FMC is to provide up to date high quality service to our patients in a friendly and caring environment with the highest professional and ethical standards.
We are regulated by CQC and we hope to welcome you in our clinic soon.
